Overview

I am a cultural historian focusing on 9th-14th century al-Andalus. My dissertation, tentatively entitled "Transforming Iberia: Andalusi Perceptions of the Pre-Islamic Past," explores the intersection of history, identity, and geography in al-Andalus.
